How do you make the fly bird impulse action

To manage the Fly Bird character that propels itself, I play the animation that will notify an event at a certain frame, as you can see here:

So the event will go to the concerned Actor, as you can see in the BP_SFR_Flying_Base. It's up to you to read the rest of the code:
